I ordered this closet kit because it looked really nice online, but once it showed up, it was underwhelming. A couple of the shelves had little chips along the edges, and the finish seems like it scuffs if you even look at it wrong. I also wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was getting when I ordered, which just made the whole thing more annoying.
The hardware technically worked, but some of it felt cheap and didn’t line up quite right, so installation took way longer than it should have. For the price, I really expected something sturdier and more polished. It’s not the worst thing ever, but between the quality and the changing terms, I’m disappointed.

Ordering was really easy. The pages loaded quickly, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and I got the confirmation email right away. checkout issues feel preventable when the site is set up this well.

To be fair, the site is clean and easy to get around, so I didn’t have any trouble finding what I needed. The photos are nice too. That said, the overall style feels a little basic to me, and nothing about the look really grabbed my attention. It’s not bad by any means, just a bit plain.

The tracking was simple enough to follow, and based on that I kind of assumed the delivery would be smooth, which it was. One of the boxes had a small dent, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, reliable.

It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I did feel like things could’ve been handled a lot more smoothly. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to use them again.

I kept moving shelves, hanging sections, and drawers until it just felt right, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct instead of settling on the first layout. My closet space is a little awkward, but everything ended up fitting really well. It was nice not feeling locked into one setup.

It’s okay overall, the quality seems decent enough, but it reminds me of similar things I’ve picked up before for less money. I don’t hate it, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth the price

It was easy to customize, which was a nice surprise because some tools make this stuff way more annoying than it needs to be. Plenty of good options without feeling like a confusing mess.

I’ve had these shelves for a little over a year now, and I still remember how relieved I felt when I first set them up and loaded everything on without any wobbling. They’ve held up really well since then, no bending, no loose parts, and they still feel sturdy. i’m happy with them.

The product itself was good and I’m happy enough with it, but the shipping took longer than I expected. What annoyed me most was the lack of clear communication, I wasn’t really sure what was going on or when it would actually arrive. Overall it was okay, just not the smoothest experience...

I was already kind of rushed when I started installing it, so it got frustrating fast. The instructions weren’t super clear, and what I thought would be a quick setup ended up taking way longer than I planned.

I ordered some closet stuff from organizedliving.com, the storage space is solid. I can fit a lot more shoes and folded clothes now, and it doesn’t instantly look like a disaster, which is kind of a win.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I did have to shift things around a few times before it felt right. Not a huge deal, just took a little planning. Once I got it set up the way I wanted, though, it’s been working really nicely

Shipping took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. It did eventually show up, but I kind of regret not ordering earlier or choosing a faster option.

I’ve put together a few similar products before, and this one was definitely more frustrating than the others. The instructions felt like they jumped around, the pictures weren’t very clear, and a couple of parts weren’t really explained at all. One of my shelf brackets ended up cracking after I’d had it for a while, and I wasn’t even sure if it counted under the warranty. I figured it was worth asking though, since I hadn’t done anything unusual to it. I sent Organized Living a couple of pictures, mostly just to show I wasn’t making a big deal out of nothing, and they got back to me quickly.
They checked the warranty, asked one simple question, and then sent out the replacement part. No runaround, no annoying forms, and no making me feel like I was trying to get something I didn’t deserve. Really appreciated how easy they made it.
